Gerald Davis Jr. is married to Shanice Davis. He has been in ministry for 
15 years serving in various capacities and 7 years as a Youth Pastor. He currently serves as an Associate Pastor at Ridge Branch Baptist Church. He is the visionary leader and founder of a community-based ministry, Transformative Vision Ministries. He serves in the Pastors Fellowship, Kingdom Destiny Fellowship International (KDFI) where he serves in the office of an Overseer in the Lord’s church as well as the Eastern Regional Chairman of District Overseers and the South Carolina Chairman of District Overseers.
His passion is bridging the gap between the traditional “Church” and the 21st Century Church. His aim is to aid in maintaining tradition, while keeping its relevance in the 21st Century. Gerald and Shanice have two daughters, Lauryn and Madison. He holds both a Bachelor and Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of South Carolina. He is a National Board-Certified Christian Counselor (NACC). He also holds a Certificate in Theological Studies and Biblical Leadership. He is currently pursuing his Ph.D. in Clinical Christian Leadership from Christian Bible Institute & Seminary. He is passionate about preaching and teaching the word of God, and leading others to Christ.
