Description

Author-Stan DeKoven

I thought the most judicious way to discuss generational patterns was to examine the model of my own family life and be willing to uncover some of the skeletons in my own family closet.   Using this approach, I believe you will come to understand the theological and psychological patterns for reconciliation – in the relationship with ourselves and God, and with one another.

There is hope for the family in that I have found that the restoration and rebuilding of the father image is possible; if we are willing to walk the difficult route of being vulnerable. That is, being willing to face ourselves as we really are and allow the Lord by His Word to transform us according to His pattern.

This book will trace the ways we develop destructive patterns within our family life, and then clearly present the dynamic process of developing new patterns which will lead to liberty and victory in Christ!
