Description
For many administration has become a “dirty word.” Most of us would like to devote ourselves to prayer and the ministry of the Word (Acts 6:1-6) exclusively. Yet, church ministry requires administrative skills and capabilities. Without them, as the Apostles found the church cannot fully function.
You will note that there is provided here a model for incorporation of your ministry. It is provided for general information, not specific implementation. It is strongly recommended that, if you need assistance in incorporation, that you contact a qualified ministry consultant.
Church management and administration must flow from a biblical model and understanding of church government. Government flows from Christ as head of the church; through the Holy Spirit, the administrator of the church through gifts/offices/five-fold ministry; through elders/deacons and the ministry of all believers (every joint supplying). These concepts are key to our understanding of Strategic Church Administration.
